Abstract
Lipid content and fatty acid profile were evaluated across three seed maturity stages (15, 30, and 45 DAF). Palmitic acid content significantly decreased as seeds matured, while oleic and linoleic acids increased. At 45 DAF, linoleic acid reached a maximum of 68.6%.
