Abstract
An investigation was carried out to evaluate various integrated pest management modules against sucking pests of green gram [Vigna radiata (L.) Wilczek] at Agronomy Instructional Farm, C. P. College of Agriculture, S. D. Agricultural University, Sardarkrushinagar- 385 506 during summer, 2019. The experiment was laid out in Completely Randomized Design (large plot sampling). Among various five modules, module M comprised of border crop with maize + seed treatment with imidacloprid 1 600 FS + yellow sticky trap + two sprays of azadirachtin 10,000 ppm 0.3% was the most effective module as it recorded lowest number of sucking pests viz., aphid (0.72/3 leaves), jassid (0.40/3 leaves), whitefly (1.28/3 leaves) and thrips (0.58/3 flowers) without interfering population of natural enemies viz., ladybird beetle, green lacewing and spiders which resulted into highest seed yield (1006 kg/ha), increase in yield over control (80.61%) and economics (1:8.61) in summer green gram.
