Effect of Nitrogen Management Through Cakes and Fertilizer on Growth and Yield of Mustard (Brassica juncea L.)

Abstract
Combining 50% N through oilcakes with 50% N through urea in 'Gujarat Mustard-1' maintained seed and stover yield equivalent to or slightly higher than 100% N through sole urea. Application of 50% N through castor cake + 50% N through urea recorded the highest seed yield (16.89 q/ha) and stover yield (39.86 q/ha).
