Effect of Nitrogen Management Through Various Proportions of Cakes and Urea on Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

Abstract
Substituting 50% nitrogen fertilizer with oilcakes (castor, groundnut, neem, cotton seed, mustard) in 'GW 496' wheat produced growth attributes, yield parameters, and grain yield statistically equivalent to 100% N through sole urea. Application of 50% N via castor cake + 50% N via urea recorded the highest grain yield (43.28 q/ha)
